Arrival VIP Fast Track
Land and go
- An airport staff member meets you at the aircraft gate, holding a sign with your name on it
- The agent escorts you to the VIP fast lanes, where passport checks are conducted
- Staff take your checked baggage tickets and collect your bags at the belt
- Once your bags are with you, you are escorted through customs
- You exit along with the representative through a designated curbside
No lounge access on arrival — this service takes you straight out to your transfer, which is what most arriving guests want. If you booked transportation, tell the driver you will be using VIP Service so they meet you at the right exit.

Departure VIP Fast Track & Lounge
The easy way out
- An agent meets you at the airport curbside and escorts you to check‑in in the priority or first class lane for any airline
- Your dedicated VIP officer escorts you through the fast‑pass security checks, and you skip the regular passenger line
- You are then escorted to the fast‑pass passport check lane
- The agent takes you to the VIP lounge, where you will find drinks and snacks while you wait for boarding
- Once your flight is ready to board, an agent walks you to the aircraft gate for priority boarding
The departure lounge is included with this service and with Full Service. It is not part of an arrival‑only booking.

What applies to every package
Children
Rates are per passenger. Kids under 2 are free and do not need their own booking. Everyone else in the party counts as a passenger, including older children.
Cancellation
Cancel 14 days or more before your travel date for a full refund. Inside 14 days bookings are treated as confirmed. If our team is ever unable to provide the service, you receive a full refund immediately. Full terms on the service conditions page.
Transportation
Fast track covers the airport itself. Private transportation to the Cancun hotel zone, Playa del Carmen, Tulum or anywhere in the Riviera Maya can be added when you book. Already have a transfer? Tell the provider you have VIP Service.

Which Cancun fast track package do I need?
Which package should I book?
If the queue you are worried about is immigration and customs on the way in, book Arrival VIP Fast Track. If it is check-in, security and passport control on the way home, book Departure VIP Fast Track & Lounge, which also gives you the departure lounge before boarding. Full Service covers both ends in a single booking.
Does the arrival package include the VIP lounge?
No. The lounge is a departure facility, so it comes with Departure VIP Fast Track & Lounge and with Full Service. On arrival there is nothing to wait for: the service walks you through immigration, baggage and customs and straight out to the designated VIP curbside.
Do the packages cover every airline at Cancun?
The departure service escorts you to check-in in the priority or first class lane for any airline. Give us your flight number when you book and we will confirm the details for your specific flight.
How are rates worked out?
Rates are per passenger and depend on which of the three services you choose. The booking form shows the rate and your party’s total before you enter any card details. Kids under 2 are free.
Can I add passengers after booking?
Yes, get in touch and we will amend the reservation. It matters that the party size on the booking is right: the lounge may refuse service if you arrive with a larger party than the one described in your reservation.
