VIP Fast Track - Cancun Services provides exclusive meet and assist services at select international airports. By using our services, clients agree to comply with the terms outlined below. These terms govern all bookings, payments, cancellations, and limitations of liability associated with our services.

2. Service Description

Our services include fast-track immigration assistance, baggage handling support, personalized escorting through airport security, and access to premium lounges where applicable. Service availability may vary by airport and is subject to operational constraints.

3. Booking and Confirmation

  • All reservations must be made in advance through our official website, email, or authorized agents.

  • Confirmation is subject to service availability, and clients will receive a confirmation email once booking is finalized.

  • Clients must provide accurate travel details, including flight information and arrival/departure times.

4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upon booking unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments can be made using major credit cards, wire transfers, or other accepted payment methods.

  • Any additional charges incurred due to special requests or service upgrades must be settled before service completion.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before service time will receive a full refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations within 14 days to 72 hours of service time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service or for no-shows.

6. Liability and Limitations

  • VIP Fast Track - Cancun Services is not responsible for delays due to immigration policies, airline procedures, security protocols, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • We do not guarantee expedited clearance in cases where government regulations or airport authorities restrict fast-track services.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel and immigration requirements.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate travel information and communicate any changes in a timely manner.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time for scheduled services.

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff may result in service refusal without a refund.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

VIP Fast Track - Cancun Services values client privacy. Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for service facilitation and will not be shared with third parties, except as required for operational purposes or by law.

9. Modifications to Terms

VIP Fast Track - Cancun Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.
